  • Yes - we welcome walk-ins when availability allows, but we strongly encourage scheduling an appointment to guarantee service.

  • We kindly ask that clients provide at least 48 hours’ notice (7 day notice for box braids/knotless extensions) to cancel, reschedule, or change appointment. Less than 48 hour (or 7 day) notice will forfeit deposit and incur a full charge. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late or no-shows may be treated as cancellations and are subject to the same fee.

  • All services include a wash and blowdry so there is no need to come prewashed or pre-prepped. We service you from start to finish!

    We do ask you arrive with your hair detangled. Stylists can detangle hair before and during service, but a detangling fee may be charged for hair that is severely tangled.

  • Yes - gift cards are available, please contact 617.425.0009 for more information.

    Note that gift cards are for hair services only and cannot be used to purchase products or as gratuity.

  • Street and meter parking are available. There are also many garages within walking distance.

    Additionally, we are a 3–5 minute walk from the MBTA’s Green Line and about 8–10 minutes from the Orange Line.
